“…it may be advisable for us to get ahead of the game and begin creating cultures of transition, to lessen the impacts of this calamity on our communities and potentially avoid post-apocalyptic stress altogether”

-Tyson Yunkaporta, Sand Talk

The time of green-washed climate courses and programs with business-as-usual conditioning is over. It is time to un/learn and (re)place what we’ve been programmed with by (re)membering natural ways of thinking, being and living. That’s why we call (re)Biz a (re)program.

Our flagship (re)program is a transformational online workshop that is designed to equip you with the worldview and skills to create regenerative and pluriversal post-growth futures whilst building towards social tipping points. We integrate global cultural and intersectional approaches of (re)storing kinship worldview, deconstructing binaries and cultivating interconnected, living-systems-change into our lives, communities & organizations. Our journey is for those who are REALLY ready to co-create a world of beauty, community and thriving life for humans and more-than-humans by deeply shifting everything we thought we knew about business.

If you need a comparison, think altMBA meets indigenous wisdom traditions, (re)generative systems praxis & de-growth/post growth economics.

Our online course & (re)program

What people are saying about (re)Biz

We learn to cultivate internal states of integrated connection AND create external systems change in the process.

Walking the walk is much harder than talking the talk. Many people understand from a conceptual level that ‘we are nature’, but how do you live and think in ways that are deeply connected with natural ways of being? Do we personally embrace (re)generation & post-growth in the same way that we talk about it? What do we truly care about and are we working towards that? How can we change ourselves & the way business thinks & operates so that we're not dependent on endless consumerism and growth for our needs? How can we come to recognize what de-growth truly requires and how to implement it within organzantions? In what way can we make sure that everything doesn't collapse as we move into a post-growth economy? How do we truly do the (re)generative work that matters in the world & be catalysts for this in our communities and organizations?

We are entering into the liminal space between economic systems.

This course is for you if…

  • The focus of (re)generative business + post-growth is to (re)center life and (re)lational values over productivity and economic value. This will naturally expose the delicate webbing of where the current worldview is enmeshed with preventing these realities from coming to fruition.

  • An overwhelming majority of sustainability & ESG initiatives, while perhaps well-intentioned, are trapped in performative leadership that doesn’t really create true change. In (re)Biz, we focus on rooted approaches into authentic transformation of systems and co-creating ideas around how to apply them into our lives and organizations.

  • Regenerative business and post-growth are gathering steam as people see that business-as-usual will not cut it. We must (re)imagine how to come back within ecological limits, and this is a collective dreaming. We cannot do it alone. To learn these ways of thinking will position you as an early adopter of the next movement stretching the boundaries of your industry beyond performative sustainability and ESG. This is the future of organizational leadership.

  • Technological innovation rooted in a disconnected worldview can never solve our global ecological crises. In fact, technologies of this caliber will continue to create side-affects and symptoms that stem from an anthropocentric thinking and ironically, a lack of humanity. There is a deeper root to inform our technological innovation that is being ignored.

  • Many organizations are ready to begin to explore the ideas of (re)generation in their businesses, but do not know how. By taking this (re)program, you will learn various approaches that can be adapted into your specific organization and applied by you to enable the future.

  • There is a difference between future-ready AND enabling the future. To enable the future, there are certain levels of thinking and being that must be put into place simultaneously with future-ready transitionary models and approaches. This will help us navigate this liminal space between growth and post-growth systems and bring us back within Earth’s ecological ceiling.

  • Everything we do is communal, whether we know it or not. To help us navigate these troubled times we need community. To bounce ideas off of eachother, co-create new businesses together and the like, it is always better when we do it together. (re)Biz is cultivating a community of humans ready to walk this road together as unitive and unique.
